The George Mason University Alpha Omega Xi Chapter of the Sigma Tau Delta National English Honor Society is open for applications! This honor society is open to undergraduate and graduate students.
Interested students can email Dr. Burek (jburek@gmu.edu) and Dr. Wood (jwood31@gmu.edu) by Oct 21. Applicants will have to submit their application and induction fee to Sigma Tau Delta by Oct 28.
The induction ceremony itself will take place on Nov 14 at 4:30P, during the last Sigma Tau Delta meeting of the semester.
Sigma Tau Delta is a US-based, international honor society for students of English at four-year colleges and universities who are within the top 30% of their class and have a 3.5 GPA or higher. You can learn more about Sigma Tau Delta here: https://www.english.org
